New Returns: Refund credit will be issued for "new" parts returned if parts:
-Are returned within 30 days of original invoice date.
-Are not electrical/electronic in nature (electrical/electronic parts are not returnable)
-Are not opened if the part is marked with a sticker indicating non-returnable once opened. (ie gasket sets ect...).
-Have not been installed, used disassembled or altered in any way.
-Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions.
-Are returned in the original packaging and are in resaleable condition.
Note: All parts returned for reasons other than warranty or catalog/shipping error will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
-No credit will be given nor will rejected parts be returned for:
-Parts returned without prior authorization (via the issuance of a RMA number). The RMA number must be on the exterior of the box. Returns received without a RMA will not be credited.
-Parts returned that were not listed on the original RMA request.
-New parts returned after 30 days.
-Freight charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured at the customers expense. Discount Import Parts will not accept COD returns.
When an exchange or replacement is requested, the replacement part(s) must be paid for in advance. Upon receipt and approval for credit of the returned part(s), a refund will be issued to the account used to pay for the exchange/replacement order.

1) Prior to returning any part(s), contact Discount Import Parts for an RMA at email@example.com. Be sure to indicate part number(s) and quantities returning and the reason for the return. RMA's are valid for 30 days. You will receive an e-mail from us with your RMA number along with return instructions.
2) Securely package and ship your return via UPS prepaid and insured to:

Please include a copy of your original invoice with the part(s). Discount Import Parts is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, be sure to insure your package. Once we have received your return, inspected, and verified your return meets the above guidelines, a refund for the returned part(s) will be issued to the same account used to make your original purchase.
No credit given for freight charges.
